Hazmat placard / Placard de matière dangereuse.
On some train cars, there is a sign, a placard that describe the content of the car. Usually, these "placard" are there to describe any type of hazardous material.
On the placard, there will be a number and that number describe the content and the protocol or procedure to what to do if there is a "situation" where there could be a spill or worst.

Sur certain wagon, il y a un panneau, un placard qui décris le contenue du wagon. Normalement, ces placards sont utilisé que le contenu est considéré comme des matières dangereuses.
Sur le placard, il y a un numéro et ce numéro décris le contenu et aussi, le protocole ou la procédure à prendre dans les cas de déversement ou pire encore.
